Payment options

At Lily and Pete we currently accept payment with Visa or Mastercard securely through Paypal, or via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to our bank account.

To transfer the funds into our account via EFT generally you must link our account to your online banking service. You will require our BSB number and account number to make these transfers, which can be found in the checkout process once you have registered and logged in.

Transfers between financial institutions generally are not instantaneous. If you complete a transfer before 6pm (AEST) on a business day, the funds will generally be available in our account within 1-2 business days. If you make a transfer after 6pm (AEST) on a business day, or on a weekend/public holiday, it can take up to 3 business days to appear in our account.

Unfortunaltely we can only ship orders once payment is recieved. If time is of the essence use our paypal method, payment is instantaneous and we ship same day (excluding out of stock items).

Can my order be sent to a different address

Yes, definitely. This option is available in the check out process. Simply update the shipping address field.

Do you deliver worldwide

Yes, Lily and Pete delivers worldwide. For your convenience we charge a flat fee. However large and bulky orders may attract additional fees.

I am purchasing a gift, do you offer gift wrapping

Yes Lily and Pete can gift wrap your purchase. Simply add this request when you check out.

Out of stock items

If an item you are interested is out of stock, please contact the team at Lily and Pete via email at customerservice@lilyandpete.com.au we will try our best to source the item for you or provide you with some alternative options.

Can I cancel my order

Contact Lily and Pete immediately. If your parcel has not yet been dispatched we can cancel and refund your order.

Tell a friend about our products

This feature allows you to email a friend and inform them about a specific product from the Lily and Pete website that you think will be of interest to them. When a product in the store is clicked the Tell-A-Friend form is activated and made available for use in the left column of the store.

Customer Testimonials - your chance to voice your experience

Let us and others know about your experience with Lily and Pete by filling in the customer testimonials form. Comment on the website, product's or customer service - even share an image. All testimonials will be reviewed prior being published on the website.
