Delivery Within Australia

Delivery is $7.50 on all orders within Australia.

At Lily and Pete we make every effort to get your parcel delivered to you as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped same day (excluding out of stock items) once payment is recieved.

International

New Zealand

For our New Zealand friends, we offer a flat fee of $15 on all orders- however large or bulky orders may attract a further fee.

Other Countries

Lily and Pete ship around the world- All International orders are shipped via Australia Post Air Mail. For International orders please contact customerservice@lilyandpete.com.au for delivery fees and estimated timing.

Pricing and taxes

All pricing is in Australian Dollars ($AUD), and is displayed including Australian tax (GST). When you add a product to your shopping cart, tax and shipping will be itemised for your Convenience. Orders delivered outside Australia are exempt from 10% GST.

NOTE: Customers ordering items for delivery outside of Australia may still need to pay import duties/taxes to your own government. Please check with the relevant authority in your country for details.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Lily and Pete, if for you are unhappy with the items you have purchased, they can be returned for an exchange or refund. Items must be unworn, unused and returned within 14 days. Sale items can not be returned or exchanged.
